It definitely a time-consuming process but worth a while. If you do ready for hard work and patience, you can save thousands of dollars.

The Role of Email in Business Success

As previously mentioned, email has become an essential element of our daily lives. In the contemporary business landscape, communication and deal closures occur swiftly through email in this tech-driven era, a significant departure from earlier times.

Email is now a mandatory tool for various business functions. Recent statistics indicate a global user base of around 5 billion individuals, with an average person managing 1.86 email accounts.

Nowadays almost Emails are a basic necessity of all businesses. All the communications are handled in Emails, to keep social accounts, for promotions. Even some businesses are only handled through Emails.

As of 2019, an astonishing 293.6 billion emails were sent per day, and that number will reportedly grow to more than 333 billion in 2022.

I don’t want to bore you. Let’s jump into the topic.

  2. Google search
  3. Hunter.io
  4. Apollo.io
  5. GetProspect
  6. Google alerts
πŸ“’ Recommendations: Before delving deeply into those specific lists, I’d like to recommend a couple of our technical components. Firstly, let’s explore the tools we suggest you incorporate into your business to save more money. Secondly, we’ll discuss personal knowledge management and how we effectively utilize and gather information for business purposes and lastly, about cost-effective cloud computing services with robust security recommended for businesses.

1. Linkedin

I hope everyone agrees with me that Linkedin is the most popular in every aspect of business mainly B2B.

Definitely, Linkedin is the most relatable search than Google in business.

You can ask me how? Because who will provide Emails on Linkedin? By the way, Don’t recommend the approach at sudden for anyone’s Emails.

Before finding Emails, First, you should aware of who are your customers. In my case, Pharmaceutical companies are my primary customers. So every company has their own Business development team.

So you can easily collect your targeted cutomers email lists through this efficent way. Most of us don’t really aware of how to use Linkedin search.

I will write another blog about it separately.

2. Google search

Here everyone knows that google search is the biggest search engine in the world. Over 75% are done through google as a platform.

Simply say Google is the biggest database ever in the world.

Here, how do I use it?

I use it simply as I search for the company website which I have collected from Linkedin and find an email. In most cases, it will work well.

Some specific company websites don’t provide Emails but still you can enquire about them by writing in an inquiry form. If at all not possible there are ways to find an email.

3. Hunter.io

Hunter.io is another interesting tool. Hunter.io is a tool that allows you to find email addresses and other contact information for individuals and organizations.

It is a useful resource for professionals who need to reach out to people in order to connect, collaborate, or conduct business.

Hunter.io provides a monthly allowance of 50 credits for searches. Additionally, there are extensions available for both Firefox and Chrome browsers.

You can find an Email address by entering the name and domain of the person or organization. You can also use the tool to verify the accuracy of email addressesor to find the email addresses of people who work at a particular company.

Hunter.io offers both free and paid plans.

It is not completely free though there are some limits allowed up to collecting 150 Emails per month by using the free credits. If you are interested in this tool please click the highlighted link above.

I have a go-to tool that I really like, which is Hunter.io. With this tool, you can understand the email formats that companies typically use. This knowledge comes in handy because, for a specific company, you can easily draft an email for any employee. I’ve tested it, and it has an impressive success rate of 90 percent.

4. Apollo.io

Apollo.io is an another interesting and more advanced tool to find direct customer Emails.

Apollo.io is a sales and marketing platform that helps businesses identify, reach, and engage with potential customers. It derives you data from a variety of sources, including social media, email, and other online platforms.

Utilizing Apollo.io allows for a convenient search by an individual’s name within an organization.

With Apollo.io, users can search for and find individuals and organizations that are relevant to their business, and then use the platform’s tools to engage with them.

Apollo.io is designed for businesses of all sizes and industries, and offers both free and paid plans.

5. Getprospect

I experimented with Getprospect and found it to be functional, although not exceptionally so.

However, it provides the advantage of allowing up to 50 free searches per month, which is a generous quota.

Similar to Apollo.io, Getprospect enables direct searches using both a person’s name and a company’s name. Unlike Apollo.io, which primarily focuses on employee name searches, Getprospect offers versatility in its search capabilities.

There are also Chrome extensions available in the market for this purpose.

6. Google alerts

This is a very interesting tool but your progress would be slow.

What can you do with Google alerts?

I started collecting emails from this tool only. Everything you should do only creates an alert so you can receive an alert to your email. In my case, I created an alert for pharmaceuticals, right? Because pharmacovigilance is my start-up. So every day you receive an email alert about pharmaceutical companies.

Really, I consider this very powerful, because if you want to find the details about some particulars, this greatly helps you. So from that, I started collecting. For collecting contact details first you must know the name of the companies.

I can surely say, it helped me to collect at least 50 emails initially. It may be silly, definitely it worth it.

Risks and challenges

The challenges are only it is a time-consuming process. This process definitely helps you to save thousands of dollars. Because many companies do their businesses as services by providing only Emails.

If you have enough money and are in a hurry you can choose that way, but one thing how legit is that purchased Email list can help you is doubt.

So from my experience, I will prefer to collect emails on your own.

Conclusion

I hope this article may help you. If you have patience, can collect the emails so you can do that as a service also.

There may be several ways, this is what II am doing with collected nearly 2000 Emails for now. If i go for purchasing the list it costs around 2000 dollars a minimum.

Did you appreciate our approach? While some may consider it a waste of time, we firmly believe it was time well spent. We utilized our time effectively, especially considering we had ample resources available.
